I like resilient plants, cats, sequins, oatcakes, bubble wrap, gin (take or leave the tonic), fresh flowers, hot water bottles and taking pictures. I dislike ticking clocks, cling film, flossing, reverse parking, glitter, tippex, grubby windows and tinsel. Oh and I might as well admit it - I'm originally from Stoke, so the oatcakes I speak of are the kind you drown with melted cheese, sausage, bacon and mushrooms and not the weird Scottish crackers.
My style of photography is creative, relaxed, heart-warming and informal, whoever's in front of my lens.
When it comes to wedding photography I love capturing the precious, often hidden moments alongside the big ones. Gathering all the nerves, romance, tears and laughter into a gorgeous set of photographs is a privilege I appreciate at every single wedding. I make it my job to capture as much detail and emotion throughout the day as I can.
I approach my newborn and family shoots in the same way - I take a step back and aim to capture the way you naturally interact with your loved ones.
I live in Cheshire but I'm happy to travel a reasonable distance to capture your big day.
I have photographed a wide variety of weddings in Manchester city centre, Chester, Shropshire, Merseyside and lots of other lovely places.

It's not all about weddings - I also offer newborn and family shoots on location at your home or local beauty spot.
These shoots make great gifts for new parents, anniversaries, big birthdays or just because.
I bought my first 'proper' camera 15 years ago and what began as a hobby quickly grew into a passion. When I'm not behind the lens I'm likely to be running around after my two little people, husband or the cat.
